What are the cases where we accept a Return, Refund, or Replacement?

In cash orders amount will be credited directly into your bank account and in gift orders, product will be delivered to you by one of our Super Ustaad executives. There is no return allowed in case of cash orders. And in case of gift orders, the return policy for the product can be found below.

Please understand that any kind of order (Cash or gift) is OTP verified by you which we consider as a confirmation for the same from your side and automatically points from your wallet gets debited. In case of Gift orders, the same can be cancelled within 3 hours of confirming the order. Please contact us via whatsapp or on call to cancel the request and accordingly once cancelled the points will again be credited back into your wallet. Please note, In case of cash order no return, refund or replacement is allowed.

What happens if I receive a fake product?

Please be informed that at Super Ustaad, we do not have any 3rd party sellers.
This means that 100% of the products listed on our website are fulfilled directly by our own executives and are purchased from authorised importers/sellers only. Due to this, You can rely on us for sending an authentic product since all the products are fulfilled & delivered by Super Ustaad Team only, and we are in strategic alliance with all the brand authorised channel partners that we sell, there is no possibility of you receiving a fake product. If you need help with authenticity verification, it can be done by directly contacting the brand customer care and sharing product images/batch number.

What happens if the product is damaged during transportation?

What happens if I got a notification that my order was marked as delivered, but I never received it?

In an extremely rare and unlikely scenario like this, we require you to inform us within 2 days of receiving the notification of the order being complete so that we can take necessary action with the courier/delivery person and resolve the case.

How will my refund be processed when the order is cancelled?

Once cancelled from our admin panel the points will automatically be credited into your Super Ustaad App Wallet.

How long does it take to process refunds?

Cash in the form of points is instantly refunded in your Super Ustaad Wallet and doesn't take more than 10 minutes.

How can I cancel an order after placing it?

You can head over to the contact us page in the app and get in touch with us for order cancellation. If the order status has got processed further then it’s not possible to directly cancel it. We suggest you contact us. If the order is in transit then it’s not possible to cancel it.
